Free Shipping offers:
Canada: We offer free shipping within Canada on all qualifying orders of $150 or more.
USA: We offer flat rate shipping in United States on all qualifying orders of $450 or more.

Shipping Cost: All shipping estimations on our website are automatically generated. If you are concerned a shipping cost that seems to be really expensive, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to review the automatically generated shipping cost.
Note: If the selected shipping service is not available at the time the order is processed another service with the same estimated delivery time will be used.
Processing Time: We try really hard to ship every order out the same day it was placed. Some larger items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer.
Shipping Speed: Our go to free shipping service is Standard Ground. Depending on current shipping rates we may bump you up to a faster service if the cost is comparable. We want you to get your products as soon as possible!
Local Pickup: Warehouse pickup is available Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready. Please call ahead to let us know you are coming. Our warehouse is usually open but sometimes we are out on job sites.
