Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Fitness AV. If you are not, let us know what we can do to make it right. If it's within reason, we'll do it!

General Return Policy: Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date provided they are in new, unopened and unused condition, are free of scratches with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and in the original, undamaged packaging. Items returned contrary to our return policy will incur a restocking charge.

Free Shipping:  Orders that qualified for and received free shipping may have the cost of shipping deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:  For sanitary reasons, headset microphones, headphones, mic belts and windscreens are not returnable unless they are in their sealed package.  ***Clearance sale items are final sale and non-returnable***

Special Order Items:  Special Order items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Before making a return, please email Customer Service at orders@fitnessav.ca to obtain a return authorization number, and write that number on the outside of the package. Please ship the item pre-paid and include a copy of your invoice.  This will ensure that we issue you the proper credit, exchange or refund (less shipping & handling) when we receive your package.
